Ladies and gentlemen, I am pleased to announce the return of PHPFusion. After a difficult month, I feel I have done more than enough to correct certain issues and I believe it is in the best interest of our community to get PHPFusion back into circulation. PHPFusion 6 will therefore be released on Friday, the 3rd of June. We had planned to enter a two week phase of beta testing, however, due to a tight schedule the development team will complete beta testing.
PHPFusion v6 will be released under the gnu/gpl license meaning the project will remain open source. You will be able to use our open source version for any purpose you wish, but you will be required to preserve the "Powered by PHPFusion" footer copyright notice. We realise this will not suit commercial users, and will therefore be releasing a separate commercial version under a different license. PHPFusion Pro will have a number of added features and will be released in July. All current license holders will receive PHPFusion Pro free of charge when it is released. No further details are available at this time.
I'd just like to say that although we have not been able to add many requested features, we have taken them on board and will undoubtedly release an update in July or August. We value your feedback, and please do feel free to request new features. Thank you very much!
To all our National Support Sites, Developers, Co-workers, Users, Supporters and to all our friends, fellow Fusioneers and your families we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year !
We are very happy to announce our latest branch release of Andromeda.
