Important Note
With other support sites opening I feel it is important to point out that any mods posted on any site are the properties of their respective coders/producers. So if any code is posted on any other site, it is important that ensure that credit is given to the original author. This should help prevent any un-needed disputes. Thank you for your cooperation.

PHPFusion Denmark
A couple of kind dedicated Danish PHPFusion users have setup one of many to follow foreign language sister support sites. www,php-fusion.dk will be providing support in Danish and may also feature translated news syndicated from this site. Thanks to Klemenz and Janmol for being so kind. PHPFusion is growing rapidly, and it's likely we'll see more foreign language sister sites opening across Europe. Once again I thank all of you for believing in my ability and here's to the future! Cheers!

Official statement regarding @CMS
In an attempt to prevent any further dispute, I wish to clarify a few things regarding similarities between PHPFusion and a German CMS, entitled @CMS. Around 3 months ago, before PHPFusion began to grow, Chris Higgins approached me asking if he could remove my copyright as he had translated it and heavily modded it. Stupidly, I agreed only to discover that in fact he had renamed PHPFusion to @CMS. Thus followed lengthy discussions after which it was agreed that Chris would produce a German cms based on the core of RV2, no further code from PHPFusion was to be used and credit would be given to me and PHPFusion. I was led to believe this agreement was being honoured. Unfortunately, no credit was ever given to me or PHPFusion. I was not aware of this until yesterday. I am dealing with this, please dont make things any more difficult by needlessly attacking any sites using @CMS, they are not to blame and do not deserve any mistreatment. The only two people at fault are me for stupidly agreeing to any deal in the first place, and to Chris for failing to credit me or our PHPFusion community. I'm grateful for having such a supportive community and I thank you. Let us move forward and look to the future, don't look back in anger, there's too much war in the world as it is, let us not bring it online.

General maintenance
Apologies for the brief downtime, I needed to do some much needed updates which required this site to be switched to maintenance mode. Yes things are a bit bare, but everything will be returning, including the top sites, later today. If you see any strange problems please let me know and I will fix them as soon as possible. Thanks.

New Home
Here we are in a new home. Please bear with me as I update the various site elements, the data has been transferred from Digital Dominion, so there's no need to re-register if you were a member. The forum code is partially brand new, so there may be some odd glitches even though I am confident it is in full working order. I have also received updated German and Spanish language files for v3.05 and will make them available soon.

New Moderator
I'm pleased to announce that CrappoMan has been given moderator privelages. I've been impressed by his recent mods, and hope to find a way of integrating them into PHPFusion. I'm hoping I can come up with some type of module support much like PHP-Nuke or e107, it certainly looks possible, especially from v3.05's mini core rewrite. That's all for now, once again, welcome CrappoMan.

Dutch Language confusion
I'm gonna have to hold my hands up and admit a mistake. I had received the Dutch language files on Sunday evening from my official translator choice, Paul. However in the mayhem of my work it got overlooked and I forgot to go back and check. In the midst of this Speedodin provided a Dutch file set, which I accepted mistakingly. My apologies to both parties. I am however a man of my word, and must use the intended fileset provided by Paul. Hopefully I wont make such mistakes in the future!

Site Maintenance
With the impending release of PHPFusion X3 RV3, Digital Dominion will be undergoing some general maintenance. At some point I will need to close the forums for a short period in order to remove un-needed posts (we don't want folks getting confused now do we heh). PHPFusion X3 RV3 will be released on Tuesday at the latest. There are still a few irks I want to check on prior to release. Though RV3 will have multi-language support, it will initially only be shipped with the English language files, but I will be releasing other language packs as soon as my very kind translators make them available. Thank you for your support.

Who wrote PHPFusion?
Alright that does it, I can't hold back anymore, so I'm gonna rant. For 18 long hard months I have worked on creating a solid foundation, the core of PHPFusion. A foundation which would allow me to build up a fast, efficient and reliable CMS. There is little reward, that I am aware of, I'm not in this to earn money, although it helps, but it is not the issue. Since I made PHPFusion public, several people have attempted, or have taken claim as PHPFusion being their own work, even having the cheek to rename the project and removing any reference to my work, like so: Quite frankly this kind of action shows a complete lack of respect, and it really does piss me off (excuse my language). The least people could do is ask. Some folks have been kind enough to ask about removing the copyright, and have even offered money in return. The next time ANYONE claims PHPFusion to be their work, then I will cease working on it. It's like daylight robbery!
