No Edit-news when using single column news

Well, this is not really a bug but I just noticed that there are no "Edit-news button" in the news when using single column news. But when I turn double column on I get the little "pencil" to edit the news.

The new themes only have this function, but it can be easily added to older themes.

This means that the following new themes does support this: Phoenix, Prime, Showcase, Similitude, Simplicity
and the following old themes does not support this: Azara, Aztec, Crysalis, Fusion3, Fusion6, Milestone, Satellite, Valencia
