See Administration > System Admin > Email Templates and see if you can tinker it there some.
When you make a new forum post, you must manually "tick" the box to include my signature... ( see here now ).

Ok, I can get my signature to show up, but I cannot get someone else's signature to show up. When editing the profile, it doesn't want to do it right and says there's an error of some sort.
