You can enable and edit permalinks, includesrewrites and in Infusion specific rewrites. But it is tricky, each change need to reinstall the permalink driver. System Admin > Permalinks.

I would like to follow up on this issue.
I have on the homepage:
https://nekecamweb.cz/homepage

I have for SEO settings see. picture.
1 / On the main page, links to articles (in the title) appear without a friendly SEO URL:
https://nekecamweb.cz/infusions/blog/blog.php?readmore=3054
2 / After clicking, the whole article will appear. He already has a link with a friendly SEO URL.

How to reconcile this so that both links are always the same according to SEO principles.
