I just installed PHP Fusion version 9.10 on my server, so far so good, admin and all.

After the installation I tried to log in with my data, but it doesn't work, I enter my data and boom...
Nothing happens, I keep getting the message that the user and password are wrong.

I threw everything down and reinstalled once, hoping it would work, but nothing, it's still the same problem.

I then tried to make my password forgotten, but I didn't get any emails.

URGENT HELP PLEASE, I don't know what to do anymore

You have successfully installed the system, which means you have typed correctly passwords.

Double-check what you're typing. There are 2 passwords, one for logging in to the site and the other for administration. It looks like you are entering the administrator password when you log in to the site.

I tried both passwords, first the normal one for logging in which didn't work, then the admin password, both didn't work

If you install fusion on a subdomain e.g. subdomain.mydomain.com,
Then sometimes you have to enter the site like mydomain.com/subdomain.

It depends on how the webserver/domain is setup.

If you enter subdomain.mydomain.com,
The site works, but you cannot login.

Since I don't have a domain yet, I called it up and installed it using the IP of my server.

Run the installer again and enter Recovery Mode. You can set new passwords there. Pay attention to Large and Small letters.

Same error.
New installation. version 9.10.30.
Password sensitive. I removed the next character "&" from the password and can now login after installation.
