- Don't delete English pack from PHPFusion. English is used in case you don't have some files in your language pack.
- The language pack should be separate and not putted directly in PHPFusion package because not everyone wants to download entire PHFusion. Some people just want translations.

You probably ignored all comments in Github, so I'll write it here too..

To translate cms, use Crowdin. You didn't edit any files yesterday, you just wrote comments on my commit. This is not how Github works. I don't think you know how Github works, so another reason why you need to use Crowdin. Literally in the readme it is written how to translate files.. https://github.com/PHPFusion/locales#...les#readme

Crowdin is very user-friendly and it is easier for me to maintain all translations.
