Bugs on seo friendly url mod_rewrite

3.) I have active seo friendly url mod_rewrite and i see that on a news link, pages link and other sections on site appared some code error

Queries which were made for Rewriting:

SELECT rewrite_name FROM fusionuc9D4_permalinks_rewrites;
SELECT r.rewrite_name, p.pattern_type, p.pattern_source, p.pattern_target, p.pattern_cat FROM fusionuc9D4_permalinks_method p INNER JOIN fusionuc9D4_permalinks_rewrites r WHERE r.rewrite_id=p.pattern_type AND r.rewrite_name IN('custom_pages','articles','blog','news') ORDER BY p.pattern_type;
SELECT * FROM fusionuc9D4_permalinks_alias WHERE alias_url=:url LIMIT 1;
SELECT * FROM fusionuc9D4_permalinks_alias WHERE alias_url=:url LIMIT 1;

Path to File: infusions/news/news.php
Request URI: news/5/title.....


how can fix this?

It's for debugging. Open permalinks settings and disable "Enable SEO Debug Mode:"
