Hi,

I am not sure how to explain this so here it goes.

I am trying to install Version 9.0 on my main website and it comes up looking wrong. Here is the link http://ybc-llc.com. I am trying to follow your manual for the installation process but I don't see all of the required fields in order to complete the process.

Is there a way to fix this? Am I missing a few files?

Thanks.frown

Hello, go to config.php , see 'pdo_enabled' set its value to 1, resave the file and upload. See if it fixes the problem.

Meanwhile, can you tell us your server details by visiting the PHP Info page in the admin?

Hi,

Thanks but I figured it out. I just didn't get a chance to post my resolution. I had an outdated version of PHP set in my server. So I went into my host and changed it to 7.1. It ultimately fixed my problem. Oh, and pdo_enabled value was set to 1.

Thanks.smile
